What Da Funk 2009 – Funk Styles event [Results and Review]

On March 14 2009 took place the very first edition of What The Funk. This was great event since it brought under one roof some of the best Poppers and Locker in Canada. In my personal opinion this was the most successful “Street Dance” event that Toronto may have had for a long time (or at least for the past 3 Years that I have lived here.) Judges were none other than Frank Boogie and Gemini. Thank you to Baby L for putting this event together!

Winners:

• Popping: 4-way battle Draw! (Monsta Pop, Neo Geo, Popsikal Pete, Surreal)
